Business Development Manager - Specification
As Business Development Manager – Specification at JUUNOO, you will be responsible for developing relationships with architects, designers, and other specifiers in the construction and interior design sector. The emphasis is on promoting specifications for JUUNOO’s circular walls and pods in tenders and projects, and on positioning JUUNOO as the preferred solution among specifiers. In addition, you will also be responsible for completing a field sales process.
Tasks & responsibilities
Specification & relationship management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, design and engineering firms, specifiers and end customers.
Advising and inspiring others about JUUNOO's circular and modular building solutions, with a focus on specification in tenders and plans.
Giving product presentations, workshops, and lunch & learns to architects and design teams.
Ensuring that JUUNOO systems are included as the preferred solution in projects.
Maintaining specification texts to ensure that the JUUNOO solution is specified as effectively as possible in various construction projects, both public and private.
Regularly completing a field sales process yourself.
Collaboration & coordination:
Close coordination with the internal sales team and technical advisors to follow up on projects efficiently.
Transferring specified projects to field sales for further commercial development.
Collecting feedback and reporting back to R&D and product development.
Required skills & competencies
Strong affinity with architecture and design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with persuasiveness towards specifiers.
Proactive and good at networking.
Good knowledge of the construction and interior design sector; experience with specification processes is a plus.
Able to work independently and in a structured manner.
Fluent command of Dutch. French and/or English are a strong asset.
Education & experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial or construction-related field (architecture, interior design, construction engineering, or similar is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience in a commercial or project-oriented position, preferably in contact with architects and/or specifiers.
Experience with circular or modular construction solutions is an added value.

En tant que conseiller technique chez JUUNOO, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et des équipes internes pour toute question technique relative à nos cloisons et modules. Ce rôle combine conseils techniques et accompagnement pratique lors de l'installation et de la mise en place des produits JUUNOO, permettant ainsi aux clients d'optimiser l'utilisation de nos solutions d'économie circulaire.
