Business Development Manager - Field Sales
As the Business Development Manager – Field Sales at JUUNOO, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and selling projects with JUUNOO as a total interior designer or supplier of the JUUNOO solution. The focus is on identifying potential projects and customers, advising on JUUNOO’s circular walls and pods, and closing deals that contribute to the growth of the company.
Tasks & responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Actively prospecting and identifying new opportunities with JUUNOO as a total designer and/or supplier.
Building strong customer relationships within the construction and interior design sector with architects, builders, and contractors.
Closely follow up on project leads until the deal is won.
Manage the complex dynamics between architect, client, and main contractor to anchor JUUNOO as a solution in projects.
Negotiate prices and conclude contracts with customers and partners.
Actively promote JUUNOO as a circular pioneer to decision-makers in the construction sector.
Collaboration & coordination:
Close collaboration with the internal sales team and technical advisors to ensure smooth follow-up of quotations and projects.
Building technical knowledge about our JUUNOO product range to better serve customers and accelerate JUUNOO's growth.
Providing feedback to R&D and product development based on customer needs.
Required skills & competencies
Strong commercial drive and negotiation skills.
Proactive and results-oriented.
Good knowledge of the construction and interior design sector in Belgium.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems and sales processes. (Hubspot experience is an asset)
Ability to work independently and flexibly.
Fluency in Dutch. French and/or English are a strong asset.
Education & experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial or technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the construction or interior design industry.
Experience with circular or modular construction solutions is a plus.

En tant que conseiller technique chez JUUNOO, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et des équipes internes pour toute question technique relative à nos cloisons et modules. Ce rôle combine conseils techniques et accompagnement pratique lors de l'installation et de la mise en place des produits JUUNOO, permettant ainsi aux clients d'optimiser l'utilisation de nos solutions d'économie circulaire.
