Purpose of the position:
As a technical specialist on construction sites, you are responsible for practical follow-up, application support, and quality control for projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervising applications and implementations on site
- Providing technical support to contractors and applicators
- Carrying out test applications and monitoring product use
- Reporting and providing feedback to the internal organization and customers
- Training and supervising applicators and partners
- Drafting and improving technical application instructions

Desired experience and competencies:
- Technical experience in the construction sector (concrete, waterproofing, or related)
- Practical and problem-solving
- Hands-on mentality, accurate, and quality-oriented
- Good communication skills with customers and internal teams
- Willingness to travel frequently (Belgium and the Netherlands)
