
Technisch-Commercieel Adviseur (Benelux)
Purpose of the position:
You are the technical sparring partner for our customers and the sales team. You will translate concrete challenges into well-thought-out Penetron solutions, support quotations and projects, and thus help accelerate growth in the Benelux. This is not a traditional sales position with only your own sales quotas. You will work in pre-sales/solution consulting: you will support and reinforce the account managers and business development, and step in when technical expertise is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Advising engineers, architects, concrete plants, and contractors
- Providing technical support for quotations and project proposals
- Following up on key accounts and contributing ideas about self-healing concrete
- Preparing technical documentation and giving presentations
- Preparing proof-of-concepts
- Collaborating with sales & marketing on cases and references
- Using CRM in Odoo for contacts, customer follow-up, projects, and quotations
