Penetron Admix SB

Penetron Admix SB is our crystalline waterproofing additive in convenient, pre-measured soluble bags. Thanks to the built-in “green indicator,” you can be sure that the correct amount has been added. Once in the concrete, Admix SB forms a permanently active network that seals pores, capillaries, and microcracks and provides lasting protection against water infiltration, even under high pressure. The result: durable, self-healing, and waterproof concrete that significantly extends the life of your structures.

Penetron self-healing concrete in Rotterdam's RottaNova project

RottaNova is being built between the Markthal and Hoogstraat. Experiments are being conducted with Penetron Admix SB, a crystalline self-healing add. The test setup marks an important step toward sustainable construction with circular concrete structures.

Technisch-Commercieel Adviseur (Benelux)

Purpose of the position: You are the technical sparring partner for our customers and the sales team. You will translate concrete challenges into well-thought-out Penetron solutions, support quotations and projects, and thus help accelerate growth in the Benelux. This is not a traditional sales position with only your own sales quotas. You will work in pre-sales/solution consulting: you will support and reinforce the account managers and business development, and step in when technical expertise is required. Key responsibilities: - Advising engineers, architects, concrete plants, and contractors - Providing technical support for quotations and project proposals - Following up on key accounts and contributing ideas about self-healing concrete - Preparing technical documentation and giving presentations - Preparing proof-of-concepts - Collaborating with sales & marketing on cases and references - Using CRM in Odoo for contacts, customer follow-up, projects, and quotations

Purpose of the position: As a technical specialist on construction sites, you are responsible for practical follow-up, application support, and quality control for projects. Key responsibilities: - Supervising applications and implementations on site - Providing technical support to contractors and applicators - Carrying out test applications and monitoring product use - Reporting and providing feedback to the internal organization and customers - Training and supervising applicators and partners - Drafting and improving technical application instructions Desired experience and competencies: - Technical experience in the construction sector (concrete, waterproofing, or related) - Practical and problem-solving - Hands-on mentality, accurate, and quality-oriented - Good communication skills with customers and internal teams - Willingness to travel frequently (Belgium and the Netherlands)
