Senior Project Manager – Building Services HVAC & Sanitary

Role
As Project Manager HVAC & Sanitary, you are responsible for the design, follow-up and technical coordination of HVAC and sanitary installations in diverse building projects. You translate project objectives into clear concepts and, together with the team, ensure high-quality delivery from design to execution and handover.
Tasks
Designing and developing concepts, preliminary and detailed plans.
Calculating and dimensioning HVAC and sanitary systems.
Drafting specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates.
Guiding clients and architects throughout all phases.
Reviewing technical documents and datasheets.
Conducting site visits and providing technical support.
Ensuring aftercare until handover.
Profile
Bachelor or master in electromechanics, energy, climate engineering or similar.
Experience in HVAC/sanitary design, or motivated junior with the right mindset.
Analytical, structured, solution-oriented.
Independent yet strong team player.
Knowledge of Revit, Hysopt or IES is a plus.
Passion for sustainable building.
