BIM Expert – Building Services
Groep Infrabo is a multidisciplinary design and engineering firm specialized in Infrastructure, Water & Environment, and Building Services.
We support both public authorities (municipalities, provinces, regions…) and private clients (architects, developers, investors, industry…) in realizing sustainable and future-oriented projects.
We are looking for a BIM professional with strong Revit expertise and a passion for building services. Someone who thrives on complex models, provides technical advice to colleagues, and contributes to the refinement of our designs. We seek a candidate with proven BIM coordination experience or with the ambition and skills to grow into this role.
What does the role involve?
Contributing to technical models in Revit MEP (HVAC, plumbing, electricity).
Acting as the point of contact for BIM-related questions within the team.
Supporting the development of families, templates, view filters, and coordination rules.
Assisting colleagues when they get stuck, while keeping focus on your own projects.
Contributing to improvements in BIM workflows and digital collaboration.
Working closely with project managers and the internal drafting coordinator.
Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in Revit MEP.
Strong interest in technical problem-solving.
Strong communicator, yet hands-on in the model.
Structured, accurate, and quality-driven.
Knowledge of clash detection and BIM360.
Experience as a BIM Coordinator, or ambition and skills to grow into this role soon.
