Infrastructure Site Project Manager
As a site project manager, you are the link between design and execution. You attend site meetings, perform inspections, draft reports and communicate clearly with contractors, utility providers, designers and residents. You review technical documents and financial statements such as progress reports and change proposals. You organise info sessions and act as first point of contact in case of questions or conflicts. Groep Infrabo is looking for a site project manager to oversee infrastructure projects from start to finish during the execution phase. You are the key link between the design team, contractors, utility providers, clients and local residents. You ensure clear communication and a correct translation of the design into execution on site.
You attend site meetings, carry out on-site inspections, draft reports and coordinate with all stakeholders. You assess technical documents provided by contractors, review site tests, and validate progress statements and financial reports. You proactively address issues and propose workable solutions.
Before the start of construction, you organise info sessions with residents, prepare the presentation and handle follow-up. You are the first point of contact for all site-related questions and you mediate in case of conflict. You monitor technical and financial progress and ensure proper delivery, including the preparation of site reports and acceptance documents.
You preferably hold a bachelor's or master's degree in construction or have equivalent experience. You are familiar with SB250 and capable of working independently as well as within a team. You communicate clearly and take ownership.
