RELEAF Workprocess Workshop

The Work Process Workshop is a practical, 4-hour workshop at your location. Together with the people who perform the work daily, we map out a single, concrete work process as it actually works today. Many organizations sense a gap in their operations but lack a clear understanding of exactly where and why. Processes are often historically developed, agreements are implicit, and responsibilities are not always clear. This makes it difficult to make well-founded decisions, especially when considering digitalization. During the workshop, we visualize the work process step by step. We identify where time is lost, where misunderstandings arise, and where handovers or agreements are unclear. The focus is not on solutions or tools, but on insight and shared understanding. Afterward, you will receive a concise decision document with:
- a clear overview of the current work process
- the most important bottlenecks and their causes
- insights and priorities from the team
- reflections and recommendations from Releaf.
