Manforce - Plastertruck
The Manforce plaster truck is a fully equipped truck containing all the necessary materials and equipment to start plastering immediately.
The truck includes a powerful 44KvA generator, a large water tank with a capacity of 2,500 liters of filtered rainwater, two large plaster auger pumps, each with a 50-meter hose, and a silo with a capacity of 9 tons of plaster.
We can carry out plastering work independently of the site infrastructure. No more lost time due to faulty electrical cabinets or missing utilities: we start plastering immediately upon arrival.
Thanks to our powerful and advanced equipment, we can also plaster up to 500m² per day.
This means that speed and quality go hand in hand on every site.
Sustainability:
less waste, less transport. Sustainable construction is the future. The plaster truck makes a significant contribution to this. Because we bring all materials and utilities to the site in one go, up to 70% fewer trips are required. This means lower CO₂ emissions and more efficient logistics. In addition, we work entirely with bulk plaster (in a 9-ton silo). This eliminates the need for plastic or paper packaging, significantly reducing waste on site.
Furthermore, the plaster we use is made from natural gypsum, a material that is infinitely recyclable and perfectly suited to a circular construction sector. Water consumption is another important aspect of sustainable construction.
The truck is equipped with an advanced filtration system so we can use filtered rainwater instead of drinking water. Finally, the built-in wastewater tank ensures that wastewater doesn't simply end up in nature or the sewer system, but is disposed of responsibly.
