HempWood® is a carbon-negative, plant-based alternative to regular wood, made from the industrial hemp plant. From seed to finished product only takes 5 months, which is much shorter than the 50-100 years of a tree to grow to full maturity.
Since it does not contain any added formaldehyde, it is VOC free, which improves the indoor air quality.
HempWood® Panels exist in both an engineered as well as a solid version. Both versions can have the more linear “rift visual” or the more random “live sawn” visual.
The panels are used to make furniture, kitchen tops or wall panels.
