3D concrete printing - Saint-Gobain Weber

It is no longer a vision of the future: in Eindhoven (the Netherlands), four fully 3D-printed homes are taking shape. Saint-Gobain Weber makes this possible through a groundbreaking printing technology. In recent years, significant investment has been made in developing the production process, enabling the construction of self-supporting, multi-storey 3D-printed buildings. In close collaboration with Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), the production process has been further refined, extensively tested and optimised in every detail.

In addition to complete homes, the technology can also be used to produce façade elements. Slope staircases, formwork and street furniture are likewise common applications. Design freedom, efficiency and sustainability are always the guiding principles
