We built the first 3D printed house in Luxembourg

Find out more about our response to Luxemburg's housing shortage.

We built Luxembourg’s first fully 3D-printed house: the Tiny House LUX. Designed by ODA Architects and fabricated on site with our mobile robotic 3D concrete printing system, this 47 m² micro-home shows how digital construction can unlock new, affordable housing opportunities in one of Europe’s most space-limited markets.

Printed in just one week and completed within four, the home uses locally sourced standard concrete, proving that advanced construction doesn't require special imported mixes. Our printing process enabled precise architectural details — from wall cavities to shower niches — to be created directly in the structure, reducing waste, labor, and time.

Tiny House LUX sits on a wooden platform with screw foundations, eliminating the need for a concrete slab and allowing the building to be relocated in the future. Together with mineral-based insulation, solar power, and energy-efficient heating, it delivers a durable, sustainable, and high-performance living environment.

For us at Coral, Tiny House LUX is more than a prototype — it’s a blueprint for how cities can quickly transform narrow or irregular leftover plots into modern, high-quality homes using local materials, robotic precision, and circular design.
