DAF introduces XG and XG+ Electric

Zero emission range of more than 500 km, combined with ultimate comfort

DAF is expanding its successful range of electric vehicles with the XG and XG+ Electric. They share the same DNA as the XD and XF Electric, which were named ‘International Truck of the Year 2026’ for their refined drivelines, the benefits of LFP battery technology, and superior driver comfort. The new XG and XG+ Electric add the most spacious cabs on the market.
DAF’s fully electric truck range offers a tailor-made vehicle for every application. The program starts with the 12-, 16-, and 19-tonne XB Electric for urban distribution and includes the XD Electric for urban and (supra)regional distribution, and the XF Electric for longer distances. The new DAF XG and XG+ Electric offer the ultimate in driver comfort. Their cabins are 33 centimetres longer than those of the already spacious XF and together with the extra height, this results in an unrivalled amount of working, living and sleeping space, with total volumes of up to 12.5 m3 and standing heights of up to 2.20 metres. In the XG and XG+, the full-length beds are even 80 centimetres wide. More comfort is not available on the market.
