BUILDING & PLANT MANAGER

You will manage and coordinate small and large construction and infrastructure projects, from setting up the construction site to completing concrete work and constructing infrastructure. You respond flexibly to changes in planning or unexpected problems that arise during the execution of projects. You manage project planning and materials, monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met. You collaborate with and manage a team of technicians, construction workers and employees in the execution of daily maintenance, construction and infrastructure work. You will manage external contractors and suppliers involved in the execution of projects and maintenance weeks. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations when working with heavy machinery and carrying out construction and infrastructure work. You will guarantee the quality of the work carried out, with attention to standards and the use of materials.
