Energy Expert type A
As an Energy Expert type A (m/f/x), you are an essential link in the daily processes at Dirk De Groof by Studibo. We are looking for an additional colleague to perform EPC calculations and manage the associated administrative follow‑up. Your tasks: -You are responsible for drafting Energy Performance Certificates (EPC); -Your projects involve residential, tertiary, and public buildings; -You work in accordance with the current inspection protocol; -You correctly manage all administrative formalities. It is a role where technical expertise, project‑oriented work, and administrative accuracy come together.
Milieucoördinator
As an Environmental Coordinator (m/f/x), you are the key figure in environmental policy and compliance with environmental legislation at Raco by Studibo. Your responsibilities: -Monitoring environmental legislation and permits for clients; -Performing environmental audits and drafting environmental management plans; -Organising and interpreting environmental measurements and analyses; -Managing environmental administration; -Providing advice on environmental care and sustainability; -Preparing files for permit applications and inspections; -Collaborating with the “sustainability” team; -Contributing constructively to improvement measures.
