Kingspan Unidek is a supplier of innovative solutions for fast and efficient construction and insulation. These solutions actively contribute to saving energy and optimising living comfort. Thanks to continuous attention to environmental impact during product development, production and recycling, the insulation solutions are also sustainable.
The innovative nature of Kingspan Unidek has led to the development of numerous building products, all manufactured on the basis of the environmentally friendly insulation material EPS (expanded polystyrene). The company is Europe's market leader in self-supporting insulating sandwich elements for pitched roofs. Its product range also includes universal elements that can be used for all building components (they can be used to make roofs and exterior walls, as well as interior walls and gables), renovation products, flat roof, wall and façade elements, cavity wall insulation boards and prefabricated foundation formwork systems.

Unidek Aero Comfort
Unidek Aero Comfort is the base for any roof. The element is easy and quick to handle, with a minimal error rate and optimal comfort as the end result. Thanks to the continuous insulation core of EPS Platinum, thermal bridges are prevented and, thanks to the integrated stiffeners, large spans can be realised effortlessly. Unidek Aero Comfort is available in Uc values from 0.27 to 0.10.
Unidek Aero Comfort MB
Unidek Aero Comfort MB is the sustainable roofing element for detached or semi-detached new buildings. You consciously choose a sustainable insulation material. The Mass Balance method is used to produce the raw materials for Unidek Aero Comfort MB. Renewable raw materials are used. The share of non-fossil raw materials is allocated according to a certified method.
Unidek Aero Fermacell
Unidek Aero Fermacell is the roofing element that enables a luxury finish. Thanks to the addition of a Fermacell gypsum fibreboard, this insulating, structural roofing element is immediately ready to finish with plaster, paint or wallpaper. Moreover, Unidek Aero Fermacell offers even more comfort thanks to its high fire safety, soundproofing properties and excellent airtightness.
Unidek Aero Light RE
Unidek Aero Light RE is the circular roof element for large-scale new construction or renovation projects starting from 500 m². The main component of Unidek Aero Light RE is recycled EPS, which reduces the need for fossil raw materials.
Unidek Aero Metal
Unidek Aero Metal is a structural all-in-one roofing element for metal roofs. The core of the element is fire-retardant and is suitable for metal roofing materials such as zinc, steel, aluminium, zinc and copper. The element is suitable for ventilated and unventilated constructions and has a core of fire-retardant modified EPS Platinum, equipped with 4 integrated stiffeners.
Unidek Aero PD
Unidek Aero PD is the best structural roofing element for flat and slightly pitched roofs. Thanks to the continuous insulation core made of EPS Platinum, thermal bridges are prevented. The roofing element is finished with a ready-to-use white visible side with integrated vapour control layer.
Unidek Aero REI 30F
Unidek Aero REI 30F is the answer to the REI 30 requirement that, in addition to excellent insulating properties, also performs optimally in terms of fire and noise. What makes Unidek Aero REI 30F unique as a fire-resistant roofing element is the fully continuous insulation core of EPS Platinum. This is because preventing thermal bridges leads to better thermal performance. Unidek Aero REI 30F is available in Uc values from 0.24 to 0.15, offering a solution for future-proof construction.
Unidek Sarking XL
Unidek Sarking XL is the tailor-made solution for insulating a rafter or twisted roof. Determine the desired length yourself (up to 8000 mm) and insulate very quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the integrated waterproof and vapour permeable under-roof foil, you make your roof water- and wind-proof in a single operation. Insulating on top of the roof structure results in a roof with no thermal bridges.
Unidek Aero Roof Window Frame
Unidek Aero Roof Window Frame is a mounting frame for installing roof windows in Unidek Aero roof elements. The frame is constructed from 18 mm thick plywood panels and 44 mm thick wooden beams. The assembled frame is supplied in the correct dimensions depending on the type of roof window and roof element. The maximum span of Unidek Aero roof elements is reduced by only 10% when a Unidek Aero Roof Window Frame is installed.
