Our sustainable floor insulation product Thermogran is even cheaper than traditional floor insulation products such as sprayed polyurethane or EPS.
We produce Thermogran ourselves and are therefore not dependent on fluctuations in raw material prices on the market.
Moreover, Thermogran insulates thermally and acoustically, so you only need one product for your floor insulation, whereas you need to add an acoustic mat with pur and eps.
Thermogran is a circular product produced from recycled polyurethane. Thermogran achieves good thermal and excellent acoustic values and is included in the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) database.
Thanks to its shape, it offers seamless insulation and is ideal for infill.
At Futurebuild 2026, we're launching our new floor insulation product, i-solgran.
i-solgran combines the excellent acoustic performance of Thermogran with significant thermal improvement. This is achieved by adding Aerogel to Thermogran, filling the space between the Thermogran granules with Aerogel particles, thus providing better thermal insulation.

i-solgran
i-solgran is an innovative floor insulation product for new construction and renovation. Its unique composition creates a product that combines the strong acoustic properties of Thermogran with significant thermal improvement. Thermogran is mixed with Aerogel, an ultralight, high-performance insulation material with a solid, nanoporous structure. An Aerogel particle is on average 350 times smaller than a Thermogran granulate. The air between the Thermogran granulates is filled by the Aerogel particles, resulting in a lambda value of 0.032 W/mK. This, combined with the acoustic improvement of at least 27 dB from 7 cm, makes i-solgran the best choice for floor insulation: high-quality, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective.

Why is Thermogran an innovative product for floor insulation? • It is a circular product. The polyurethane residues that form the basic raw material would end up on the waste mountain or in the incinerator if they were not recycled. • Thanks to its shape, Thermogran offers seamless insulation and is ideal for filling. The granulates are so small that they can fill every hole and crack and completely seamlessly enclose every pipe, conduit and cable. • It is the best choice in terms of price-quality. Because we have the production in-house, the price also remains stable. • Thermogran is included in the EPD database, a recognition as an environmentally friendly product. • The product is unique in the combination of its thermal and acoustic insulation values. • Little site preparation is required and after installation of Thermogran, finishing can begin immediately. Thermogran can be installed from 4 cm and guarantees a minimum number of decibels of sound reduction of 25. Isola Energypearls as cavity wall insulation for new constructions The Energypearls cavity wall insulation fills every cm² of the cavity wall, is permanently dimensionally stable, moisture-resistant and vapour-permeable. In new construction, the beads are injected along the rough inner wall. This can be done with both classic facade bricks and glued jointless facades. The advantages of Energypearls: - 30% cheaper than cavity wall insulation with panels - Quick and easy to install (average 18 m² per hour) - Insulation without seams or gaps - solid insulation panel within 24 hours thanks to binder - Vapour-permeable and water-repellent - High and permanent insulation value - guaranteed the same insulation value for 50 years - 100% recyclable when the building is demolished How does cavity wall insulation with Energypearls work? The polystyrene beads contain stagnant dry air. When stacked, hollow spaces with stagnant dry air are also created between the beads. This reduces the thermal conductivity coefficient (lambda value) to 0.033 W/mk and improves the insulation value of the cavity wall by 25%.
