IsoFabric produces bio-based insulation made from recycled cotton collected by social economy actors in Belgium. A local, circular and high-performance alternative.

High-performance insulation: Our bio-based insulation offers thermal (λ = 0.037 W/m.K) and acoustic (alpha w = 0.90) performance that is among the best on the market for bio-based insulation.

Easy to install, proven technology...
On construction sites, every minute counts! With our bio-based insulation, contractors save time: it is easy to install, quick to cut and produces little non-irritating dust. Our insulation can be cut with a simple circular or manual saw. Ease of installation is also our priority!

With more than 20 years of experience in Europe, this technology has demonstrated its reliability and performance.

Packaging: IsoFabric panels are available in two thicknesses (45 and 100 mm), in semi-rigid 1200 x 600 mm panels.

Insulation made from recycled textiles

Insulation made from recycled textiles collected by social economy organisations in Belgium. IsoFabric insulation offers high thermal (λ = 0.037 W/m.K) and acoustic (alpha w = 0.90) performance, making it ideal for interior insulation: Interior walls, roofs... Composition - 85% cotton fibres from recycled post-consumer textiles. The textiles are collected and sorted by social economy actors in Belgium. - 15% bicomponent polyester thermolient fibre - NO chemical inputs Installation IsoFabric panels can be easily cut using a saw suitable for cutting plant-based insulation, a circular saw or a Festtool ISC240 cordless saw for insulation materials. IsoFabric insulation is soft, dust-free and additive-free, making it easy to install and safe for the health of construction professionals. Packaging - Semi-rigid panels - 2 thicknesses: 45 mm and 100 mm - Standard panel size: 60 x 120 cm - Dimensions of an insulation pallet: 120 x 120 x 240 cm (height) Environmentally and socially responsible insulation By choosing this material, you are supporting a local, environmentally friendly and socially responsible industry: - No use of virgin raw materials: IsoFabric recycles used textiles that have no other outlet in Belgium; - Local industry: used textiles collected in Belgium and processed within a 400 km radius of Brussels; - Low-energy production: electric recycling line and 110°C heating furnace. - Insulation that is recyclable at the end of its life and for production losses. - Bio-based (85% cotton). - Solidarity: IsoFabric sources its used textiles exclusively from social economy actors and has a social mission to support actors in the sector.
