As a Business Developer for ready‑mix concrete in Flanders, you build a customer portfolio, identify projects and develop a strong network of contractors, developers and technical partners. You analyse customer needs and propose tailored, sustainable concrete solutions. You prepare competitive and profitable offers with the Sales Manager, considering production and logistics constraints, and negotiate long‑term partnerships. Investment Manager (H/F/X)
We are looking for an Investment Manager to lead all CapEx and Long‑Term Lease investments. Reporting to the Managing Director and the Group Investment Director, you manage the full investment portfolio, monitor project progress, analyse risks, costs and timelines, and act as the single local contact for Corporate functions. You help define the mid‑/long‑term investment strategy, build feasibility studies, business cases, budgets and schedules, and ensure high‑quality project files. You supervise project execution, international tenders, compliance with legal and HSE standards, and promote best‑practice sharing. You steer the CapEx budget and support sustainability, decarbonisation and industrial‑modernisation projects. Profile: engineering degree, 10+ years in complex industry, strong technical and financial skills, fluent French and English, ability to coordinate and influence in a matrix environment.
Production Operator
Production Operator for the Mont‑Saint‑Guibert concrete plant. You play a key role in producing and delivering ready‑mix concrete while ensuring safety, quality and customer service. After internal training, you master CCB products and operate the plant according to strict production instructions. You manage daily orders, monitor deliveries and ensure raw‑material supply. You are the first customer contact and share relevant information with management. You perform first‑level maintenance, identify technical issues and help keep the site clean and safe. You handle raw materials and operate a wheel loader and forklift. You carry out sampling and quality tests. In the plant manager’s absence, you supervise the site. Profile: motivated, organised, comfortable with IT. Loader certificate desirable. French required; Dutch is an asset. Full‑time, variable hours.
Raadgevend Ingenieur H/F/X
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for the Benelux to support customers in their transition to more sustainable solutions. You help them integrate low‑carbon products into their projects, provide expert technical advice on cement, aggregates and concrete, and optimise the use of our materials. You monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings, support sales initiatives and handle technical claims with the legal team. You train internal teams and customers on standards, new techniques and sustainability, and represent CCB during visits and professional events. Profile: engineer (chemistry, materials, civil) or bachelor with at least 5 years’ experience in the cement industry. Strong technical knowledge, sustainability mindset, excellent communication skills. Fluency in Dutch required; French/English is an asset. Strong IT skills; SAP is a plus. Shift Supervisor
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our production team. Reporting to the department manager, you ensure the smooth operation of our cement plant and coordinate, organise and monitor all production activities. You define and supervise production actions to meet targets for quantity, quality, cost and deadlines. You analyse issues, propose solutions and optimise equipment performance. You manage the team through task allocation, training and skills development, while strengthening communication across departments. You identify maintenance needs, intervene on site when required and update procedures. You ensure strict compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Supervisor Kwaliteit Beton - Junior of Ervaren
You play a key role in ensuring the quality and innovation of our concrete products. In the laboratory, you coordinate quality controls, guide technicians, interpret results, identify deviations and propose corrective actions. You also monitor testing and measuring equipment. On site, you take part in project visits, check the quality of delivered concrete, advise customers and train plant staff on best practices. You answer technical questions from internal teams and clients. You also contribute to innovation by testing new concrete mixes, performing lab trials and monitoring sector developments. Profile: bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent, either a recent graduate or about five years of experience. You are precise, pragmatic and solution‑oriented. Production Technician-automated bagging line
You play a key role in the production chain: you manage the automated bagging process, operate the line equipped with a palletizer and a wrapping machine, monitor production and ensure the availability of finished products. You adjust the machines and guarantee accurate, continuous bagging. You operate a forklift to move and store pallets, and support reception and inventory tasks. You contribute to shipping operations, including wagon loading, first‑level maintenance, equipment cleanliness and reporting technical issues. You strictly follow QHSE rules and support continuous improvement. Profile: technical training (electromechanics), basic knowledge of automated production, rigour, organisation, teamwork and flexibility for shift work. You handle general accounting, support monthly, quarterly and annual closings, analyse accounts, prepare audit files and provide back‑up for GL, AR, AP, treasury and fixed assets. You prepare and submit Belgian and French tax declarations, contribute to annual accounts and tax packages, and ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements. You ensure product quality compliance and the achievement of manufacturing quality targets. You lead daily quality meetings, monitor the quality of raw materials, clinker and cement, analyse process deviations and implement preventive and corrective actions. You maintain the Manufacturing Quality Targets and the DOQ, launch additional tests when needed, manage non‑conformities and support root‑cause investigations. You work closely with production, maintenance and logistics, prepare documents for site/BU quality meetings and provide required reports for product certifications and contractual obligations. IT Infrastructure & Operations Senior Specialist (H/F/X)
The IT Infrastructure & Operations Senior Specialist supports and develops CCB’s IT/OT environments. You align local infrastructures with corporate standards, provide operational IT support, and contribute to key projects such as Cloud, Data Center, Microsoft, networks and AI. You manage Microsoft environments (AD, M365, Intune), on‑premise and cloud servers, LAN/WAN networks and the PCN. You ensure reliability and security of industrial systems (PLC, automation, SCADA). You deliver user support, configure equipment, and participate in full project lifecycles. The role involves international collaboration, coordination of external partners and contribution to innovation initiatives. Profile: 5+ years in IT Infrastructure/Operations, strong Microsoft, cloud and network skills, structured and solution‑oriented, strong communication. Up to 20% travel.
Internal Audit Manager
Reporting to the Group Chief Internal Audit Officer, you plan and perform operational, financial and compliance audits, analyse processes and internal controls, and present clear reports to management. You collect and verify key information, review policies and financial documents, and conduct interviews when needed. You lead specific missions such as ad hoc audits, project reviews and fraud investigations. You act as a trusted partner, turning findings into actionable recommendations. Monitoring may include inventory KPIs, credit/debit processes, logistics flows, EHS checks and process‑mining analyses. The role covers local CCB activities and Group audits, with up to 25% travel. Profile: Master’s degree, strong analytical skills, 6+ years in audit/compliance/fraud/risk, SAP and data‑analysis skills, fluent English/French; Italian and certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE) are assets.
