BENgglas® PyroVac EW 30-1 (U=0,40 | 15 mm)
BENGglas PyroVac® EW30-1, developed in collaboration with Pyroguard, sets a new standard in fire-resistant glass. It combines 30 minutes of protection against fire, smoke and heat radiation with exceptional insulation of U=0.40, combining safety and long-term energy savings of up to 50 years. Despite a package thickness of only 15 mm and a weight of 36 kg/m², PyroVac® EW30-1 delivers proven fire-resistant performance in an ultra-slim package, making application in facades easy. PyroVac® glazing may be used in accordance with an independent test report, ensuring you have proven fire resistant performance. Fire resistance (EW30). Stops fire and smoke and limits heat radiation for 30 minutes. Maximum Insulation (U=0.40 W/m2K) Insulates up to 2x better than triple glazing over a lifetime of up to as much as 50 years. Ultra-slim and light Only 15 mm thick and 36 kg/m², suitable for slim frame profiles. Safety 1-sided fire-resistant, UV-stable, impact class 1B1 (EN12600), 2-sided injury-resistant (EN 3569) and fall-through-resistant (EN 2608). Tested and certified Tested for wall and door applications and supplied with an independent test report. BENGglas Triple Coated is the best insulating type within the BENGglas range! Thanks to the extra sun-resistant coatings, it is also highly sun-resistant. It keeps out bright solar heat in the summer, retains warmth in the winter, and thus ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. With the Classic variant, you hit two birds with one stone: you enjoy top insulation with a U-value of 0.50 and simultaneously generate energy. With full cell coverage, this can go up to 140 watts per square meter. The classic monocrystalline cells create a semi-transparent panel, where the light incidence can be precisely adjusted to your project.
