Roles & Responsibilities Technical Advice & Support Customer Support: Advising customers on the right product choices and applications. Technical Support: Answering questions about installations, specifications, and product functionality. Troubleshooting: Analyzing and resolving technical challenges for customers. Training & Education: Providing internal and external training on JUUNOO products and installation procedures. Installation & Installation Support Supporting the installation of JUUNOO walls and pods, both on-site and remotely. Providing technical support on-site, ensuring correct execution and assembly according to JUUNOO standards. Post-Installation Follow-Up: Verifying correct installation and providing advice on maintenance and reuse. Collaboration & Coordination Sales Support: Providing technical input for quotes and customer visits. R&D and Product Development: Translating customer and installer feedback into product improvements. Internal Communication: Collaborating with the technical advisor, production, and project management to keep technical information up-to-date. Documentation & Reporting Creating and updating technical data sheets and manuals. Reporting customer inquiries and market insights to management. Required skills and competencies: Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills. Good communication skills and customer-focused thinking. Hands-on and solution-oriented. Experience with technical drawing programs (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus. Knowledge of construction techniques and materials. Experience with assembly and installation in the construction industry. Fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus. Education & Experience: Education in a technical field (e.g., civil engineering, mechanical engineering, interior architecture). Experience in a technical or advisory role within the construction industry is a plus. Experience with modular construction or circular solutions is a plus.
