You play a key role in ensuring the quality and innovation of our concrete products. In the laboratory, you coordinate quality control activities across the concrete plants, provide instructions to lab technicians or qualified staff, and ensure proper follow‑up of all tests. You interpret results, identify deviations and propose corrective actions. You also oversee the correct use and reliability of measuring and testing equipment.
On site, you take part in project visits and start‑up meetings. You check the quality of delivered concrete, advise customers on the most suitable products and support the plants by training staff in best quality practices. You answer technical questions from internal teams and clients, contributing to smooth operations and strong customer support.
You also play a role in innovation and development. You help create new concrete mix designs, carry out laboratory tests on innovative products or raw materials, and monitor sector developments such as new standards, technological advances and sustainability trends.
Profile: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent, either a recent graduate (training provided through the certified Concrete Technology programme) or around five years of experience in a quality lab, materials testing or a similar industrial environment. You enjoy working both in the lab and on site, are precise, pragmatic and solution‑oriented. You have an excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of French is an asset. You hold a category B driving licence and are mobile for travel between sites.
