Production Operator

Production Operator for the Mont‑Saint‑Guibert concrete plant. You play a key role in producing and delivering ready‑mix concrete while ensuring safety, quality and customer service. After internal training, you master CCB products and operate the plant according to strict production instructions. You manage daily orders, monitor deliveries and ensure raw‑material supply. You are the first customer contact and share relevant information with management. You perform first‑level maintenance, identify technical issues and help keep the site clean and safe. You handle raw materials and operate a wheel loader and forklift. You carry out sampling and quality tests. In the plant manager’s absence, you supervise the site. Profile: motivated, organised, comfortable with IT. Loader certificate desirable. French required; Dutch is an asset. Full‑time, variable hours.

Safety & Environment
Be exemplary in safety and actively communicate safety and environmental instructions to staff and subcontractors (safety briefings, incident flashes, safety talks, etc.).

Production & Delivery
After internal training, master CCB products and their applications.
Operate the concrete plant in strict compliance with production instructions.
Oversee concrete deliveries, ensuring product conformity to standards and customer requirements.
Execute daily orders and ensure raw‑material supply.

Customer Contact & Commercial Follow‑up
Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Report relevant commercial information to management.

Maintenance & Site Operations
Perform first‑level maintenance.
Identify and analyse technical malfunctions.
Contribute to site cleanliness and equipment upkeep (including the mixer) to ensure safe and optimal operation.

Handling & Equipment
Handle raw materials on site.
Operate a wheel loader and forklift daily.

Quality & Controls
Carry out sampling and quality checks.
Perform tests and measurements (density, consistency, strength, air content, etc.).

Organisation & Supervision
In the plant manager’s absence, supervise the site and act as the local managerial relay.
