You lead daily quality meetings and ensure continuous monitoring of product quality (raw materials, clinker, cement). You analyse the impact of production deviations, implement preventive and corrective actions, and maintain the Manufacturing Quality Targets and the Declaration of Quality (DOQ). You ensure product optimisation, document quality parameters, launch and follow up additional tests when required, manage non‑conformities and contribute to root‑cause investigations related to process deviations.
You work closely with production, maintenance, logistics and other departments to integrate quality requirements into daily operations. You prepare documents and analyses for site and BU quality meetings, respond to logistics requests regarding unusual production conditions, and provide the reports required for product certifications and contractual obligations.
You organise and supervise internal and external audits (cement, aggregates, certification, metrology), follow action plans rigorously and contribute actively to continuous improvement. You apply Health & Safety policies, ensure compliance with local regulations, stop unsafe situations, participate in incident investigations and implement preventive actions. You play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture through example and dialogue.
