Your Mission
You are responsible for commercial development in Flanders, working closely with construction sites and customers. Your role combines business, technical insight, sustainability, customer relations and strong field presence.
Development & Prospecting
Identify projects, construction sites and key players in Flanders
Build a solid network (contractors, developers, technical partners)
Actively prospect and convert opportunities into contracts
Analyse customer needs
Solutions & Offers
Propose tailored and sustainable concrete solutions (products, logistics, services)
Prepare competitive and profitable offers together with the Sales Manager
Consider production, planning and transport constraints
Negotiate with a long‑term partnership mindset
Customer Follow‑up & Internal Coordination
Support customers throughout the entire construction phase
Work closely with production, quality, logistics and finance teams
Handle adjustments, complaints and complex situations pragmatically
Ensure administrative and financial follow‑up of all files
Field, Safety & Collaboration
Be regularly present on construction sites
Make safety a core pillar of your commercial activity
Participate in commercial meetings
Contribute to customer events and strengthen CCB’s visibility
