You are responsible for managing, steering and monitoring the full CapEx and Long‑Term Lease investment portfolio, in close collaboration with the Managing Director and Project Managers. Your mission is to ensure performance, safety, industrial reliability and long‑term sustainability. You contribute to defining the mid‑ and long‑term investment strategy, optimising capital allocation and deploying major projects supporting the energy and environmental transition across cement, aggregates and concrete activities. Regular travel to industrial sites and occasional international trips are expected.
Your key responsibilities include portfolio management: overseeing past, ongoing and future projects, leading monthly project reviews, analysing progress, risks, resource allocation and cost/schedule deviations. You act as the single local point of contact for Corporate and the Group Investment Director.
You support project preparation by identifying investment needs, developing feasibility studies and business cases, defining technical concepts and layouts, ensuring high‑quality project files, consolidating the global CapEx budget and coordinating planning with production and maintenance.
You supervise execution to ensure budget and schedule compliance, define specifications and cost/benefit estimates, manage international tenders in English, ensure legal and HSE compliance and promote best‑practice sharing. You maintain regular dialogue with Corporate teams.
You manage the CapEx budget through monthly planning, arbitration and strict tracking of expenses and commitments. You also contribute to sustainability, carbon‑reduction, energy‑efficiency and industrial‑modernisation initiatives, integrating long‑term performance into investment decisions.
