Your Responsibilities
You report to the Head of Technical Sales and play a key role in developing and strengthening customer loyalty across the Benelux, mainly with Dutch‑speaking clients.
As the main point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for:
Supporting customers in their sustainable transition
Helping customers integrate low‑carbon solutions into their projects or industrial processes by assessing their technical needs and introducing them to CCB’s more sustainable products and solutions.
Providing expert technical support
Advising customers and assisting them in optimising the use of our cement types, including adjustments related to product quality.
Monitoring the market
Tracking market developments, customer needs and competitor offerings to ensure our competitive position.
Supporting sales initiatives
Working with the commercial team to propose promotional actions that help develop and secure cement sales.
Managing complaints
Investigating technical disputes together with the legal department and making recommendations to improve the quality of finished products.
Training and awareness
Training and informing internal teams and customers on new techniques, regulatory changes and sustainable practices.
Representing CCB
Representing the company in professional organisations and during plant visits for customers and technical schools.
