Shift Supervisor

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our production team. Reporting to the department manager, you ensure the smooth operation of our cement plant and coordinate, organise and monitor all production activities. You define and supervise production actions to meet targets for quantity, quality, cost and deadlines. You analyse issues, propose solutions and optimise equipment performance. You manage the team through task allocation, training and skills development, while strengthening communication across departments. You identify maintenance needs, intervene on site when required and update procedures. You ensure strict compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Profile: technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, solid production knowledge, IT proficiency, rigour and safety mindset.
