Your responsibilities cover the full scope of CCB’s IT and industrial infrastructures. You support, maintain and enhance IT/OT environments, including PLCs, control and automation systems, and SCADA. You contribute to the reliability, availability and security of both industrial and office systems.
You manage Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office, Intune) and take part in optimisation projects. You administer on‑premise and cloud servers, support the Cloud/Data Center strategy and participate in daily infrastructure operations.
You provide support for LAN/WAN networks, contribute to PCN network evolution and help resolve technical and security issues. You deliver local and corporate IT support (HW, SW, LAN/WAN, SAP BC, third‑party systems) and configure user equipment such as laptops, thin clients and mobile phones.
You participate in the full lifecycle of I&O projects: estimation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. You work closely with functional leads (Microsoft, Data Center, I&O) and coordinate local external partners.
The role includes international collaboration with onshore, nearshore and offshore teams. You contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI and Proofs of Concept, and support the deployment of IT procedures and best practices.
